Cornmeal-Crusted Chicken Nuggets with Blackberry Mustard

These chicken nuggets were  super easy, healthy, AND more tasty than those processed pieces of yuckiness you get at the fast food places. I thought the blackberry mustard was good, although I think next time I’ll sticky to some regular honey mustard. You get more flavor and it’s cheaper that way. These were also great as leftovers in my salad!

    Holy cow–BLACKBERRY mustard?! How awesome. Too bad it wasn’t very tasty.
