Kelly’s Chili

I do not normally like chili. Usually the consistency is too thick (i.e. canned chili), there are too many beans, or there’s just not enough spice. This chili recipe has changed my view of what good chili is. It has just the right amount of beans (I actually use 2 cans instead of just 1),  the right amount of spice, and has the perfect consistency. This is a great option for a bad weather day or a potluck. Give it a shot!

p.s. This recipe calls for brown sugar and mushrooms. I don’t use either of those things, but feel free to add them!
