Tomato Frittata

What better way to eat my freshly picked tomatoes and peppers than to put them in a delicious frittata for breakfast? I found this easy little gem of a recipe and knew just by looking at it it would be delicious. I would recommend the suggested broil at the end of cooking to add a little more depth of flavor and improve visual appeal.
