Creamy Chicken Taquitos

This is the first time I  attempted to make taquitos. Not that they’re any different from any other rolled Mexican food… or Mexican food in general really: “Tortilla with Meat, Cheese, or Vegetables.” Don’t you love Jim Gaffigan? Anyway, these turned out so awesome. I used rotisserie chicken to increase the flavor and speed of getting some food on the table. I highly recommend using rotisserie chickens. They taste so good and they’re cheap! Also, I made up a dipping sauce by combining salsa and sour cream. These were so cute and fun to eat, especially while watching some football. I bet kids would love these!
