Apple, Sauerkraut, and Cheddar Quesadillas

So to the average person I’m sure this recipe sounds disgusting. But I’m not your average person (at least when it comes to food) and I thought, “Huh! Sounds good to me!” So I made it. I thought this was a nice change of pace. Definitely different than your typical quesadillas, but not too weird. Next time I’d probably make my apple slices a bit thicker and lay off the sauerkraut a little as it kind of overpowered the cheese and apples, but definitely a tasty, cheap meal worth making.

    Oh my gosh! What an amazing combo. This will be a must try with this year’s sauerkraut!
