Wisconsin Cauliflower Soup

This was a delightfully easy, delicious soup. Nice and creamy without being too heavy. I’d suggest making double if you’re feeding a family as Seth and I ate almost the whole batch in one sitting!

p.s. This soup could easily be made vegetarian by swapping veggie broth for the chicken broth.

    Yup, I’m definitely going to have to try this. We get so much cauliflower that I’m running out of ideas! But this sounds yummy.
